What is Elective?

Elective is an engineering expertise firm founded in 2024, part of the Le bon intervenant group (Le bon intervenant SAS, RCS 942 821 745 Montpellier). Elective specializes in three businesses: permanent recruitment (headhunting), tailored technical training, and consulting with engineers on assignment, in electronics, embedded systems, electrical engineering, OT, IoT, industrial cybersecurity, embedded AI and robotics.

What services does Elective offer?

  • Permanent recruitment and headhunting: specialized sourcing with a proprietary headhunting tool that has no contact limit. Success-based fee of 15% of annual gross salary, paid once the probation period is completed.
  • Tailored technical training: a leading expert trains your teams, usually on-site, on your architecture, your standards and your stack. Embedded C/C++ and MISRA, real-time RTOS, IEC 62443, FPGA and VHDL, Edge AI, firmware DevOps, power electronics, MBSE and SysML.
  • Consulting and engineers on assignment: experts deployed on a daily rate. Firmware engineer, embedded architect, V&V and test expert, cybersecurity specialist, FPGA engineer, embedded AI expert.
