In-house training · embedded systems, FPGA, RTOS, industrial cybersecurity
Train your teams on your stack, with an expert of the field.
We go and find the leading expert of the field: someone who knows it in depth and knows how to pass it on. The result: high-level, hands-on and accessible training, pitched at the exact technical level of your audience.

In practice
When companies call us.
- CASE·01A team that needs to master a technology it does not practice yet
- CASE·02An industry standard to absorb before a regulatory review or an audit
- CASE·03A hard-to-fill hire that upskilling your own team would make unnecessary
- CASE·04A talk or a masterclass for a wider audience
What happens, step by step.
Scoping the training need
We start from what your teams already know and what they need to be able to do at the end. The program is built from that gap: it is fully tailored, with no standard curriculum.
Search for the expert
We apply our headhunting method to finding the trainer: an expert who has worked for leading industrial companies and has really practiced the topic in all its forms.

What we are asked the most.
- Do you offer open, multi-company sessions?
- It can happen, but it is rare: most of the time, we come to you, to build the training around your architecture, your technologies and your challenges. For a wider audience, we also organize masterclasses and talks.
- Is your training eligible for OPCO or CPF funding?
- Our services are currently invoiced directly to the company. We are in the process of obtaining the Qualiopi certification: once it is effective, it will allow you to request funding from your OPCO, the French training funds. No CPF for now.
- Do your experts travel everywhere?
- Yes. Our experts work directly at your site, in Paris, in French regions, in Europe and internationally. The mobility of our trainers is a key part of our offer.
- Who actually delivers the training?
- An engineer who practices the topic in the field, identified with the same headhunting method as our recruitments. We look for someone who has delivered on the topic, not a generalist trainer.
Let's talk about your next training.
A short call is enough to scope the training need and find the expert who has really delivered on the topic. The session is built around your stack, at your site.
